When will my order ship?
Please allow 10 business days (2 weeks) for your order to be shipped. If your order includes a pre-order item, please refer to the shipping estimate on it's product page. I cannot guarantee arrival before specific holidays. All orders are shipped from Michigan, U.S.A. by just a few hands, thank you for your patience! :-)

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES
Canada: Flat rate $15.00 USD
United Kingdom: Flat rate $20.00 USD
Rest of World: Flat rate $25.00 USD
All international orders are shipped DHL/UPS. Please note any duties/taxes/brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES
 Rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on the zone, weight of items ordered, and cost of shipping materials. All domestic orders are shipped via USPS.

UNTRACKED DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES
U.S.A. customers who place orders containing small, lightweight items may ship their order via USPS stamped mail with no tracking information for a flat rate of $1.00 USD.  
By purchasing this option, you have understood your order will not having tracking information and cannot be insured. Stamped mail usually takes 1-3 weeks to arrive. If you are concerned about the chance your mail will be lost, I would recommend purchasing tracked shipping + Route insurance.

Will I receive a tracking number?
If you chose tracked shipping, you will receive a tracking number when your order is shipped. Please allow 48 hours for your tracking link to update.

My order says delivered, but it is not here?
Sometimes postal services will prematurely mark something delivered before it arrives, please give it some time! The best way to locate your package is to contact the shipping service directly (USPS/DHL/UPS).

My package is lost, what do I do?
Once your package enters the postal service, it is out of my hands and in the care of the mail carrier. I cannot offer refunds for lost/stolen packages, but all tracked packages are insured. If your package is lost, please reach out to the carrier (USPS/UPS/DHL) to open a claim or Route if you purchased shipping insurance through them.
If you have done this to no avail, please reach out to me and I will do my best to assist you, but know that I have the same knowledge of your package's delivery status as you.

I put the wrong address!
If you put the wrong address please email me immediately so I can update your order information. If it is too late and your order is shipped out already, I have to wait until it is returned to my P.O. box to contact you and attempt redelivery.

My order got sent back to your P.O. box, what do I do?
If your order got sent back to me for whatever reason, please reach out to me and confirm your address. I then will offer to resend the package for an additional shipping cost, or I can refund you your order minus the original shipping cost.
