STICKER ONLY ORDERS are shipped via USPS stamped mail with no tracking information. By purchasing from my shop, you have understood a sticker only order will not having tracking information. If you are concerned about the rare chance your stamped sticker mail will be lost, I would recommend purchasing something other than a sticker for tracked shipping.
When will my order ship?
Please allow 2 weeks for your order to be shipped. I try to ship things out as fast as I can, but I am just a one woman show doing my best. If your order includes a pre-order item, it could take up to 5-6 weeks to be shipped. Thank you for your patience! :-)
Will I receive a tracking number?
If you ordered anything other than a sticker, you will receive your tracking number when your order is shipped. If you purchased stickers only, they are shipped via USPS snail mail with just stamps to keep costs lower! There is no tracking number on those and they usually take 1-3 weeks to arrive domestically and longer for international orders.
My package is lost/stolen!
Once I ship your order, what happens is out of my control. I unfortunately cannot afford to replace/refund orders that are lost due to the postal service. If this happens to you, please reach out to file a claim with the USPS. Sometimes packages get returned to my P.O. box and in this case I will contact you to attempt to reship your order.
Part of my order is missing/wrong!
I am a one person business and sometimes I make mistakes! If part of your order is wrong or missing, please email me or send a message through my contact form and I will make it right.
I put the wrong address!
If you put the wrong address please email me immediately so I can update your order information. If it is too late and your order is shipped out already, I have to wait until it is returned to my P.O. box to contact you and attempt redelivery.
Are there duties/taxes on my order?
If you are an international customer outside of the U.S., your country may require you to pay an additional fee/tax/duty. Please be familiar with your country's specific taxes. I am not responsible for any customs fees/duties/taxes. By purchasing from my shop you have understood this, thank you!
Can I return my order?
Because I am a tiny, one-person-ran shop, I cannot offer returns. Please be mindful when ordering <3 If there is a problem with your order, please reach out via email or my contact form and I will work with you on a solution, thank you!
Do you ship to the UK?
My shops currently are not shipping to the UK due to the situation with VAT taxes. Although, my mail clubs (that ship with stamps) on Patreon are open to the UK. I hope they will make the selling/shipping/tax process for the UK easier so I can sell there soon. I am very sorry for any inconvenience. My INPRNT profile does ship to the UK, but I do not personally process these orders (this is a print on demand site). <3
How much is shipping?
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on the zone, weight of items ordered, and cost of shipping materials.
My order got sent back to your P.O. box, what do I do?
If your order got sent back to me for whatever reason, I will reach out to you and confirm your address. I then will offer to resend the package for an additional shipping cost, or I can refund you your order minus the original shipping cost.
